1. Begin in a left neutral bow stance facing 12:00 with your hands on guard.
2. Drive your left leg forward with a left front snapping ball kick to your attacker's right ribs.
3. Bring your left foot back to 6:00 and plant down into a wide attention stance facing 6:00.
4. Turn your head to your right looking over your right shoulder toward 12:00.
5. Perform a perform a spinning back kick with the right kick to your attacker's right ribs at
12:00.
6. Plant your right foot back to 5:30 and into a left neutral bow stance facing 12:00 with your
hands on guard.
